Philosophical Ethics, Part 1

  • The Catalyst 264 West Marine Drive Astoria, Oregon, 97103 United States (map)

What does it mean to live well?

We end the course with one of philosophy’s oldest and most stubborn questions: What does it mean to live well?

Is a good life defined by virtue, happiness, purpose, freedom, harmony, achievement, acceptance, or something else entirely?

Our final session brings together Aristotle, Marcus Aurelius, Zhuangzi, and Michel de Montaigne.
