Nonprofit organizations are constantly working with questions about people, values, communication, trust, decision-making, disagreement, and community life. Philosofarian’s work can be useful in those settings because we help people slow down, examine assumptions, ask better questions, and have more thoughtful conversations together.
The Nonprofit Lunch is an informal introduction to what Philosofarian does and how our approach might support other organizations in Clatsop County. We’ll share examples of the kinds of conversations, classes, and facilitated inquiry we offer, talk about where philosophy can be useful in organizational and community work, and invite people to imagine possible collaborations.
This is also a chance to see The Catalyst, meet Philosofarian, and learn what having a permanent home makes possible for partnerships, gatherings, and future programs.
